The Student Affairs Online Photo Gallery

The Division of Student Affairs maintains it's own library of professional-quality images that are suitable for various marketing publications like the Annual Report or the Updates Newsletter. We're continually working to build a collection of images that create a consistent and attractive visual narrative about the Division and that align with the University’s overall communications and branding scheme. This library of images is accessible on the web for anyone in the Division to use in their print or online publications.

Accessing the Gallery

• http://gallery.sa.uconn.edu
  
• The photo archive is available to anyone with a NetID. When prompted, log in with your University NetID and password
  

Navigating

• Photos are sorted into "Albums" (An album can contain several sub-albums)
  
• Click on a thumbnail to enter an album, then click on items within the album to view individual photos
  
• Navigate within an album by using the "previous and next" controls, above the photo
  
• Across the top of the page, use the navigation stream to get around to other albums or go back to the beginning
  
• Use the search box on the top left to locate specific staff photos or events

Using Photos

• Resize the photo using the "Size" drop down menu above the photo
  
• To use a photo you can right-click the image and choose "Save As" and save it to your hard drive
  
• You can also right-click and select "Copy" then paste the image directly into another program like Word

Request the Division Photographer

• Requests for staff portraits or events are coordinated through the Design & Communications Manager. Contact SAIT@uconn.eduto make a photography request.
• Note! Uploads to the online gallery are restricted. Only those images taken by SAIT or the Division photographer will be added to the gallery to ensure the highest photo quality.
