Network Connectivity Issues

Contact SAIT support for assistance with network connectivity problems. If you cannot connect to the internet, do not see your network drives (R:, Q:, S: etc.), are unable to print to a shared printer, or receive a message that the "Domain Cannot Be Found", please perform these trouble-shooting steps before calling SAIT:

  1. Check your cables to make sure everything is plugged in securely.
  2. Log off and log on to the computer. This will reconnect your network drives.
  3. Check any additional hardware (like network switches or hubs).
  4. Find out if others in your office are having similar problems.

By performing these checks, SAIT will be better prepared to identify the issue and provide a resolution.
