Notification: Hyperion System Upgrade -- June 18, 2009

UITS will be upgrading the Hyperion software on Thursday, June 18th, between 5:30AM and 7:30AM. Hyperion is the new reporting software that recently replaced Brio.

This upgrade will require Student Affairs IT to install new software on the computer of each employee that uses Hyperion. The installation will need to be completed before Hyperion can be used again after the upgrade. Please contact the Student Affairs IT Help Desk in order to schedule the installation. The installation requires the user to be logged into the machine while we remotely install the client. Please reserve 20-30 minutes for the installation. Note that it is not possible for employees to perform the installation without SAIT assistance.
