Tom Bloom The Application Development Team creates custom software for the Division of Student Affairs. When working on a software development project, our developers work closely with department customers to define business needs and specifications. The team utilizes an agile methodology that provides continuous feedback to the customer letting them test and evaluate the application being built. Our Application Development Team also creates special data reports for the Division.

Earl Ott Customer ServiceThe Customer Service Team performs a variety of services for the Division of Student Affairs. They create, monitor, and track trouble tickets to ensure the information provided is accurate, and that the problems are resolved in a timely manner. They also provide assistance with software training, and are available to assist new employees with setting up their computer and email accounts.

Jon Moore Systems AdministrationThe System Administration team designs, maintains, and manages the Division computer network and domain, including servers, workstations, software configurations, and networked devices. They also coordinate the installation and maintenance of all third party applications.

John Barry Technical SupportThe Technical Support Team moves, replaces, and repairs Division desktop computers, printers, copiers, and other devices used by employees. They also manage the Division technology inventory.
Chris Boucher Website DevelopmentThe Website Development team designs, builds and maintains websites for the departments and programs within the Division. This team consults with each department to determine customized web communication strategies that promote programs and services. They also manage photography services for the Division as well as the Residential Life Movie Channel.
