Submit a Ticket Request Online
Submit your request online or check the status of your tickets! Our ticket system, called Request Tracker (RT), is available for all Student Affairs departments to access.
To Create a NEW Ticket:
- Click on the NEW TICKET link at the top of the page
- Ensure that the Requestors: box has your NetID followed by @uconn.edu
- Enter a brief subject into the Subject: box
- Select a Problem Category: from the scroll-down list. (If you are unsure of the problem category, you can select (no value) and we will enter it for you when the ticket is assigned.)
- Select your department from the Requesting Department: scroll-down list
- Describe the problem in detail in the box labeled Describe the issue below: Be sure to list any contact information and as much detail as possible to be certain that the problem will be routed to the proper group
- Click the Create Ticket: button on the lower right side of the screen to create the ticket
